Jarryds Hayne returned to training on Tuesday after being sidelined for eight weeks with a hamstring injury.
Hayne had been given a two-week break after undergoing surgery on a ruptured hamstring in training.
The New South Wales All Blacks fly-half will make his return to the field against the Wallabies on Friday night.
The 28-year-old played just three Tests for New Zealand in 2014-15 after he was suspended by the Wallaby management following an off-field incident.
Haynes was also suspended for the 2017 Rugby World Cup, which saw him named in the Wallal squad for the 2019 Rugby World Championship.
